How do homeowners qualify?

· Houses must be located within the City of Lynchburg

· House must be owner-occupied

· Owner must be low-income, elderly, and/or disabled.

· The requested repairs must correct a potential health or safety hazard.

· The homeowner must be physically or financially unable to do the repairs.
